Registration – Terms and Conditions

Registration Policy

Please note that your completion of the registration process constitutes your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below, including our use of photos, videos and screenshots taken from your participation at the conference and any associated events. Confirmations are auto-generated from Cvent (our registrar vendor) and sent to the address provided during registration. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact: or call 267-960-6287. We reserve the right to deny registration for any reason or no reason.

Only registered attendees will receive on-demand access to watch and download the agenda session materials, breakout sessions, general sessions and recordings through December 31, 2020 (11:59 pm EST). Registered attendees will be eligible to receive continuing education credits for any session that has been accredited through the end of 2020. Registered attendees will also be able to network with other registered attendees including partners and NextGen Healthcare staff and access our virtual learning lab and expo hall. We reserve the right to deny continued access to anything included with your registration should you violate any of the terms and conditions of the conference.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations will not be permitted at any time after you complete registration nor will refunds be offered for cancellations. Only substitutions of a registered attendee within the same company will be considered. The registered attendee must make the request by contacting If payment was made, but you were denied registration, a refund shall be submitted via your original form of payment.

Payment Policy

Check Payments:

If you elect to pay via check, an invoice will be sent to you via email the next business day. Payment must be received no later than 15 days from the date you registered otherwise your registration is subject to cancellation. Effective September 26, 2020, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Credit Card Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. A 4.5% administrative fee is automatically applied to any credit card payment.
