NextGen Healthcare Virtual UGM will be very similar to a UGM in-person event minus the sore feet! There will be more than 100 hours of content, falling within 5 learning tracks. UGM 2020 will offer lots of opportunities to network with UGM attendees, NextGen Healthcare experts, and our preferred partners. Plus, there will be downloadable resources that you can view off-line and at your leisure.
We have recommended personalized learning journeys that include curated sessions based on your role at the practice.Or you can create your own learning pathway and build your schedule on your own time.
Don’t worry if you can’t attend all the live sessions during the event. All of the sessions will be available on-demand through December 31, 2020 (11:59 PM EST).

The conference will consist of 3 general live sessions, over 50 live breakout sessions, and an additional 50+ on-demand sessions.

On - demand sessions will be available for viewing anytime throughout the event, and all live sessions will be recorded and made available on-demand. So, you can view at the times most convenient to you. Access to these recordings will be available through December 31, 2020 (11:59 PM EST). All on-demand sessions will be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

You will also have the opportunity to interact with speakers during various networking opportunities throughout the week, in addition to the live sessions.

But that’s not all. Available during the live event dates, you will have access to our virtual Learning Lab to meet with our experts to get your questions answered. Explore our virtual Expo Hall to meet with our exclusive partners, see demos of the latest products and solutions that NextGen Healthcare has to offer, and participate in our virtual expo raffle to win great prizes!
Yes! Through our virtual platform, you will have the ability to connect with fellow attendees in many ways.

During registration you will set up your profile for the virtual platform. We recommend that you upload a photo and add as much detail as possible to your profile. You’ll also be asked to identify your role, which will help match you with other attendees who have similar interests.

Once the event launches, we have a number of different networking opportunities available for you:
  • 1:1 chat with other attendees or NextGen Healthcare experts
  • Join the discussion within each session where you can talk with fellow attendees about the content
  • Client engagement focus groups
  • Meet with our partners in our Expo Hall


Once the event gets closer we will launch some quick video tutorials to help you understand how to navigate the platform and the networking opportunities available for you during the event.
Internet Connection - You will need a stable internet connection. All of the live general sessions and on - demand sessions will be delivered via a video player, so you want to be able to stream video without stuttering. Live breakout sessions will be delivered via WebEx. Laptops / Desktops - All you need is a modern browser. The virtual platform works natively in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. - We recommend having a current (or very recent) version of your browser installed. If you’re running a very outdated version, please consider updating before logging-in. Mobile Phones/Tablets - All you need is a modern browser. The virtual platform runs natively in Apple Safari and Google Chrome, and it will work on your mobile device.
NextGen Healthcare’s Virtual UGM will be available through December 31, 2020 (11:59 PM EST). All live sessions and keynote presentations will be recorded and available on-demand within the virtual event platform. So even if you can’t join us for the live portion of the event, but still need your continuing education credits, you can register for the event anytime during or after the event, so you can access these on-demand sessions.
To earn continuing education credits, you will need to attend a CE-approved session and will need to actively attend for at least thirty (30) minutes of the session in order to earn your credits. You will receive a survey for each CE session you attended post - UGM 2020 that you will need to complete in order to receive the earned credit(s).

To register, each attendee must use his or her own email address. If you cannot successfully register someone, please send an email to ugm@nextgen.com and include their full name, company name, and email address of the person you are registering. You will receive an email alert once you are granted access to the system to register them. Only registered attendees will receive on - demand access to watch and download the agenda session materials, breakout sessions, general sessions and recordings through December 31, 2020(11:59 pm EST). Registered attendees will be eligible to receive continuing education credits for any session that has been accredited through the end of 2020. Registered attendees will also be able to network with other registered attendees, including partners and NextGen Healthcare experts, and access our virtual Learning Lab and Expo Hall. We reserve the right to deny continued access to anything included with your registration should you violate any of the terms and conditions of the conference.
Confirmations are auto-generated from Cvent (our registrar vendor) and sent to the address provided during registration. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact: ugm@nextgen.com or call 267-960-6287.

The agenda will be posted in early September. In October, you will receive instructions on how you can build your UGM schedule in your personalized calendar. Please note: you must be registered in order to have access to build your personalized calendar.

You will be able to add sessions to your calendar to plan your schedule for UGM in October. As you build your calendar, you will be able to select which live sessions you would like to attend, and also highlight which on-demand sessions you are interested in.

All of our live sessions will be on a first come/first serve basis as you join the live sessions.

If you are not able to access a live session due to capacity, or if you have something else scheduled at that time you will be able to watch the session on - demand after the event through December 31, 2020

Send an email with your name and organization name to ugm@nextgen.com stating that you have not received your confirmation. Be sure you have added ugm@nextgen.com to your safe senders list.
The credit card provided for registration payment was not processed due to an error, an incorrect billing address, expired card, or security reasons. To correct this error, contact your credit card company first, and then contact a NextGen Healthcare UGM team member at 267-960-6287 with your updated credit card information
Visit the registration site and enter your meeting confirmation number. You may cancel your reservation from there.Please note: we do not recommend cancellations for the virtual event, as all of the sessions will be available on-demand to all registered attendees until December 31, 2020 (11:59 PM EST). So even if you are unable to attend on the live event dates, the educational content will be available for you to view and receive continuing education credits on your own time frame.

***You may register unlimited attendees for $999 until 11:59 PM EST, August 21. After August 21, each $999 registration is limited to 100 attendees. Other restrictions may apply.

Yes. When registering, select the "check" payment option. An invoice will be sent to you via email the next business day.

Check payment is due within 30 days of your registration date. If the check payment is not received within 30 days, your registration is subject to cancellation.

After September 25, 2020, we will no longer accept checks and will require a credit card to complete online registration after this date.

Include the full name of the registrant, name of the meeting(UGM 2020), and confirmation number on the check as a reference.

Cancellations will not be permitted at any time after you complete registration, nor will refunds be offered for cancellations. Only substitutions of a registered attendee within the same company will be considered. The registered attendee must make the request by contacting ugm@nextgen.com. If payment was made, but you were denied registration, a refund shall be submitted via your original form of payment.

All of the educational content will be available on - demand through December 31, 2020(11:59 PM EST) for you to watch and download as presentation materials, as well as receive continuing education credits from any session that has been accredited through the end of the year.
